Service providers

We may use infrastructure, telecommunications, email, scheduling, payment, analytics, and customer-management providers solely to operate the service. Each provider processes information according to its own terms and our configuration.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry or account, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Contractors using Strawly remain responsible for their own privacy notices and customer relationships.
